Senior Case Manager - #2171645

Are you an organised, commercially minded operator with experience in property finance? Our client is a growing finance brokerage with a successful property finance team, and they’re looking for a Case Manager / Deal Administrator to help drive deal flow, manage applications, and deliver a seamless client journey from enquiry through to completion.

The Role

You’ll sit at the heart of the deal process - supporting sales team, managing cases, and ensuring every transaction progresses smoothly with lenders. This is a varied role combining case management, client coordination and lender management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property finance (commercial, bridging and development finance) applications from sales team through to completion
• Helping package up the deal - gather client information, documentation, and due diligence requirements
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and brokers to keep deals moving
• Prepare case summaries, lender comparisons, and application packs
• Track pipeline activity, update CRM records, and maintain accurate case notes
• Support brokers with structuring deals and identifying suitable lenders
• Provide clear, proactive communication to clients throughout the process
• Assist with completions, redemptions, and post‑completion administration

About You

• Experience in property finance - bridging, development finance, mortgage broking, or specialist property lending
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple live cases
• Confident communicator with a professional, client‑focused approach
• Comfortable dealing with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and brokers
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Proactive, commercially aware, and able to work independently
• CRM‑savvy with a structured, process‑driven mindset
