Our client, a top UK law firm with one of the industry leading Real Estate practice groups in England & Wales, is actively seeking a Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in Birmingham - working in their Housing Management & Property Litigation team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Partners and Associates on a wide variety of Housing Management & Property Litigation matters.
As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Assisting Solicitors and Fee-Earners in the day to day running of files
- Preparing trial bundles
- Attending Court to assist Barristers and Fee-Earners
- Drafting various legal documents (claim forms, pleadings, witness statements, etc)
- Assisting with queries raised by clients, Barristers and Fee-Earners
- Occasionally undertaking site visits
Plus much more.
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:
- Have a completed LLB/GDL (minimum of 2:2 or equivalent)
- Have experience working as a Paralegal within Real Estate, Property, Conveyancing from a law firm environment
- Be able to commute to the Birmingham office on a regular basis
- Ideally, have experience working with Private Landlords and/or Registered Providers
