Help create safer, stronger communities
We’re looking for an experienced Tenancy Enforcement Officer to join GreenSquareAccord’s Localities team, tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB) and serious tenancy breaches to help protect our customers and communities.
You’ll manage complex ASB cases from initial report through to resolution, combining a victim-focused approach with confident, evidence-based enforcement. You’ll investigate complaints, gather evidence, prepare legal documentation and work with solicitors and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
Working closely with colleagues across Housing, Income, Repairs and Support Services, as well as the Police and Local Authorities, you’ll help prevent issues from escalating, support victims and witnesses, and promote safer neighbourhoods.
This is an opportunity to use your housing expertise to make a meaningful difference to customers and communities.
What We Need
You’ll have proven experience managing ASB cases within housing or community safety, including complex and high-risk cases. You’ll be confident progressing tenancy enforcement through formal legal processes and handling challenging situations professionally.
You’ll also bring:
- Strong knowledge of housing and tenancy law, including successions, assignments, mutual exchanges and tenancy termination
- Experience preparing legal documentation and working with legal representatives
- Excellent written communication, investigation and case recording skills
- Strong partnership working skills with internal teams and external agencies
- The ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- A resilient, organised and customer-focused approach
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
The role is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS check.
What We Offer
- £40,000–£42,000 salary plus £750 annual car allowance
- Annual leave plus bank holidays
- Defined contribution pension scheme
- Flexible working opportunities
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Supportive and collaborative teams
If you’re ready to tackle anti-social behaviour, champion victims and help create safer communities, we’d love to hear from you.
