What you’ll lead:

• Case leadership: Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency assignments.
• Team development: Mentor, develop, and resource a growing team.
• Strategic influence: Play a key role in firmwide planning, revenue growth, and cross‑service collaboration.
• Technical excellence: Uphold quality, risk management, and best‑practice standards.

What you bring:

• Significant restructuring & insolvency experience
• A track record of winning work and building relationships
• ACA/ACCA + JIEB qualified (appointment‑taking essential)
• Strong leadership, communication, and commercial instincts
• Strategic mindset with a results‑driven approach
