Your Education Supply (YES)

Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 + Attractive Bonus Scheme

Responsibilities

• Your role will be all about people, relationships and momentum.
• You'll be speaking with schools, education settings and candidates every day, understanding what they need and creating connections that work for everyone.
• You'll be responsible for:
• Building relationships with education settings: Develop strong relationships with schools and other education organisations, understanding their staffing needs and becoming someone they trust when they need recruitment support.
• Connecting with brilliant candidates: Speak with teachers, teaching assistants, support staff and other education professionals, understanding what they're looking for and helping them find the right opportunities.
• Growing your recruitment desk: Proactively develop new business, identify opportunities and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
• Matching people with opportunities: Bring candidates and education settings together quickly, professionally and effectively.
• Keeping the pace high: Recruitment moves quickly. You'll manage multiple conversations, vacancies, candidates and priorities while making sure people receive a fantastic service.
• Creating lasting relationships: We don't want transactional recruitment. We want our consultants to become trusted contacts for both candidates and education settings.

• Driven to develop your own desk and client relationships
• Positive, resilient and ambitious

Preferred Skills

• Previous recruitment experience would be highly valuable, particularly within education recruitment, although we're equally interested in people with the right commercial mindset, communication skills and determination to succeed.

Pay range and compensation package

• Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 + Attractive Bonus Scheme

• Working arrangement: Work from home – no requirement to travel into the office
