£33,000–£36,000 | Lead a team across multiple UK sites

Do you love getting to the bottom of a stock discrepancy, have a passion for systems and like helping teams work smarter?

We’re looking for a proactive, analytical and hands on leader to take ownership of stock control and stock accounting across Wing Yip. With more than £27m of stock across our stores, distribution centre and storage locations, this is a role where your work will make a real difference.

You’ll lead and develop a team of stock controllers, improve stock accuracy and reporting, oversee stocktake activity, investigate discrepancies, help reduce wastage and work closely with our Finance, Store, Purchasing and Logistics teams. You’ll also play an important part in stock-related projects and the development of new sites.

You'll be our stock & systems expert - not for the faint hearted

We’re looking for someone who can combine strong analytical skills with practical problem-solving, clear communication and the confidence to lead change. Experience in stock control, inventory management or stock accounting would be valuable, as would experience leading people across different sites.
