Moseley, Birmingham | Upto £27,000 a year (based on 40 hours a week)
Permanent | Full-time or part-time | 16-40 hours per week

We're recruiting Support Workers to join a friendly, growing care provider who are looking to expand their operations in Moseley. With flexible shift options, full training and opportunities for both experienced carers and people new to care, this could be your next step.

You'll help people feel safe, respected and supported, providing practical assistance while encouraging them to make their own choices and live as independently as possible.

What you will be doing:
Every person's needs are different. Working in line with individual care plans, you'll support people with personal care, meal preparation, medication and mobility. You'll also provide reassurance, respond sensitively to behaviours that may challenge and encourage independence throughout daily life.

Who are we looking for?

You don't need a background in care to bring something valuable to this role. You'll need a caring approach, good communication skills and the ability to treat people with dignity and respect.

You should also have:

Good spoken and written English.
Basic IT skills.
A dependable, professional approach.
The right to work in the UK.
A full UK driving licence and your own car are preferred, although non-drivers are also welcome to apply.

Shifts are available across mornings / lunchtimes and teatimes / evenings.
