Universitio Ltd is a UK education consultancy, registered in England and Wales (company number 15168670) and trading since 2023. We place students at universities, colleges and schools in the UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Germany, the Netherlands and Italy.

The role

We are looking for one commercial partner. This is not a salaried employee role, and we want to be clear about that from the first line.

You bring students, or you bring the agents who have students. We bring an accredited UK company with direct university agreements to send them through.

Year one is a self-employed commercial agreement with uncapped commission. If you hit the agreed targets in that year, you become a shareholder in the company. The equity tiers are written into your agreement before you start, so you know exactly what you are working toward.

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with education agents in your market
• Bring student applications to Universitio and see them through to enrolment
• Work with us on which markets and destinations to grow next

We measure one thing: students who actually enrol. Not leads. Not consultations. Not offers.

Who this is for

You are probably one of these:

• You own or run an education agency and want UK accreditation behind your work
• You are leaving a larger agency and have your own agent relationships
• You work inside the UK market and can reach families directly

You will need to show us a real track record. We will check what you tell us.

Pay and equity

• Year one: commission only, self-employed, uncapped. Up to £2,000 per enrolled student.
• On-target earnings: £20,000 to £50,000 in year one, depending on how many students enrol. There is no upper limit.
• Equity: if you hit the targets, you become a shareholder. The tiers and percentages are agreed in writing before you start.
• Top tier: the role becomes a salaried directorship.

We are a small, profitable company, not a funded startup. We are not able to pay a base salary in year one, and we would rather say so than waste your time.

What we will not do

We do not provide immigration or visa advice, and we do not act on anyone's visa application. Neither will you, under our name.

We do not help students or families work around the rules. We do not obtain language certificates for clients, arrange proof of funds, or produce documents. If that is the kind of company you are looking for, this is the wrong one.

Hiring process

1. Apply by email — tell us what you bring. Keep it short.
2. First call, 30 minutes — your market, your track record, your numbers.
3. We verify — we check your track record and references.
4. Second meeting — we agree targets, tiers and the commercial terms.
5. Agreement — reviewed by our solicitor before either side signs.

We aim to reply to every application within 10 working days.

Applicant privacy

Universitio Ltd is the data controller for your application and is registered with the ICO.

We use what you send us only to assess your application. We do not share it with third parties. We keep unsuccessful applications for 12 months and then delete them. You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it — email [email protected].
