Financial ERP Sales Specialist / Business Development Manager

We are working with an established technology solutions provider looking to appoint a commercially minded Financial ERP Sales Specialist to help develop and grow its existing customer base.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships and identifying opportunities within established accounts, rather than focusing purely on cold new business development.

Working in a specialist sales overlay role, you will collaborate with an established team of Account Managers, leveraging their customer relationships to introduce and develop opportunities around Financial ERP solutions.

With access to a warm network of customers and stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to engage with decision-makers, understand their business challenges and help shape solutions that deliver genuine commercial value.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Working alongside Account Managers and Senior Business Partners to identify and develop Financial ERP opportunities within an existing customer base.
• Engaging with warm customer contacts, including Finance Directors, CFOs and senior business stakeholders.
• Taking a consultative approach to understanding financial processes, operational challenges and business requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to introduce, cross-sell and upsell Financial ERP solutions.
• Acting as the Financial ERP subject matter expert within the wider sales team, supporting customer conversations and opportunities.
• Collaborating with presales, technical and delivery teams to develop tailored customer propositions.
• Managing opportunities through the sales cycle, building relationships and converting demand into revenue.
• Helping shape and grow the organisation's Financial ERP offering.

What Are We Looking For?

We are interested in speaking with individuals who have experience selling ERP, financial management or cloud accounting solutions.

You may currently be working as a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, ERP Sales Consultant, Client Director or Software Sales Specialist.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience selling NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Acumatica, SAP Business One or similar financial software.
• A strong understanding of consultative, solution-led sales.
• The confidence to engage with senior finance and business decision-makers.
• Experience developing existing customer accounts and identifying additional revenue opportunities.
• The ability to work collaboratively with Account Managers and wider commercial teams.
• A commercially focused mindset with a natural ability to build relationships and uncover opportunities.
