My client is seeking a Systems Accountant to lead the finance workstream of a significant financial systems migration. Acting as the key Finance SME, you'll work closely with Finance, Technology and senior stakeholders to ensure the successful migration, testing and implementation of a new finance platform.

Description
- Leading the finance systems migration workstream
- Data migration, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation and validation
- Translating finance requirements into system processes and workflows
- UAT, defect resolution, cutover and go-live support
- Improving finance processes, reporting and MI
- Supporting documentation, training and change management
Profile
- Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent
- Finance systems / Systems Accountant experience
- Experience of finance system implementation, migration or upgrades
- Strong knowledge of core accounting processes
- Data migration, reconciliation and testing experience
- Advanced Excel skills and strong stakeholder management capability
- Desirable: MRI Financials, finance transformation
Job Offer
- 12 month Fixed-term contract.
- Up to £73,000 plus benefits
- Hybrid working
