We are currently seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to develop and grow an expanding customer base across North America.

This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused professional who enjoys combining account management, customer engagement, and business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for building long-term partnerships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and identifying opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.

• Manage and develop strategic customer accounts across the North American market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and commercial partners.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to order completion and ongoing account support.
• Identify new business opportunities and maximise growth within existing accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key customers and stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular account reviews and provide commercial updates, market intelligence, and sales forecasts.
• Represent the business at customer meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and industry trade shows.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities for growth.

• Proven experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Experience managing international customer accounts is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercially astute, highly organised, and results-oriented.
• Ability to develop long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Strong planning, forecasting, and account management skills.
• Experience working with premium brands, manufacturing, design-led products, or international markets would be advantageous.
