Graduate Recruitment & Marketing Administrator - #2168701

HRG is an ambitious start-up recruitment business specialising in Digital & Growth, and we’re looking for our first hire to join us as we build the business.

Based from modern offices in Birmingham, we want to find someone bright, ambitious and commercially minded who is excited by the idea of joining a small business early in its journey.

You’ll work directly with the Managing Director, supporting him across recruitment, administration and marketing.

Recruitment will be a big part of your day-to-day role. You’ll use LinkedIn and other tools to find talented candidates, approach people about opportunities and help shortlist for live vacancies.

You’ll also research companies and vacancies, identify people we should be speaking to, build contact lists, connect with people on LinkedIn and keep our recruitment system up to date. A lot of this activity will help us identify new clients and recruitment opportunities.

There will also be the opportunity to get involved in our marketing, helping with email campaigns, LinkedIn, content and the different AI tools we use across the business.

This could suit a recent graduate looking for their first commercial role, but we’re equally interested in someone with some previous experience who is looking for an opportunity to develop.

As you develop, we want you to start spotting opportunities yourself, whether that’s a great candidate we should be representing, an interesting business we should be talking to or a potential client worth pursuing.

There will be plenty of opportunity to develop as the business grows, including the potential to progress towards becoming a Recruitment Consultant and eventually managing your own vacancies and clients.
