This isn’t a traditional recruitment consultant role.

EXO Recruit is looking for experienced recruiters who want to build something of their own — developing a specialist recruitment market, creating your own brand and ultimately earning a high % ownership in the business you build, in addition to a favourable share of all placements fees.

You bring the recruitment experience, market knowledge, relationships and ambition. EXO provides the platform and a structured pathway from recruiter to business owner.

WHAT YOU'LL BE BUILDING

You'll take ownership of a specialist recruitment market, developing client relationships, building candidate networks, winning assignments and generating revenue.

The difference is what happens as you grow. Instead of simply building a successful desk for somebody else's recruitment company, you'll have a defined route towards building a brand, establishing a company and earning equity in the business you create.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're particularly interested in recruiters who already understand how to develop a market and want greater independence.

You'll have previous recruitment experience, a specialist sector or market you understand, confidence developing new business, strong candidate and client relationship skills, and the ambition to build a long-term recruitment business.

You don't need to arrive with your own agency, website or infrastructure.

You need the market knowledge, commercial drive and determination to build one.

Requirements

• You will need to have at least 3 years 360-dregree end to end recruitment experience in your chosen sector e.g. Insurance, Engineering, Tech/AI etc
• An existing client base and candidate network
• Proven expertise within insurance recruitment placing permanent candidates rather than contract staff
