A growing and well-established property business is looking to appoint a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Executive to support an exciting new growth initiative. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business at an early stage, take ownership of a territory, and develop your career within the wider property sector. Perfect for an ambitious professional, you will join a new division with plans to grow to 25+ people over the coming years, with a clear pathway into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities within established territories.

Build and maintain relationships with property professionals and key industry contacts.

Identify opportunities to increase market share and revenue growth.

Manage enquiries and deliver a high standard of customer service.

Support wider business development and marketing initiatives.

Take ownership of your patch and proactively drive activity levels.

About You

We are interested in ambitious sales professionals who have a strong understanding of the property market and can demonstrate a successful track record in business development or sales. Backgrounds considered include Estate Agency, Property Brokerage, Mortgage Advice, Surveying, Conveyancing or other property-related sales environments. You will be commercially minded, target-driven, confident discussing figures, eager to progress, and keen to gain broader 360 property experience.
