Newly Qualified Primary Teacher (NQT/ECT) | Acocks Green

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT/ECT) to join a welcoming primary school in Acocks Green on a full-time, Monday to Friday basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher looking to begin their teaching career in a supportive school environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills while making a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.

The role will involve:

• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the primary curriculum.
• Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
• Working closely with parents, colleagues and school leaders to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

We'relooking for someone who:

• Holds QTS or is currently completing their teacher training and working towards QTS.
• Is a passionate and enthusiastic educator eager to begin their teaching career.
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and a willingness to learn.
• Has a good understanding of primary education and child development.
• Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life.

Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: Full-time
