Who is Volta?

At Volta Ventures we run live face to face events and retail campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the country. We're growing fast which means we need more people who can learn to lead large teams. We are looking for career driven and ambitious individuals who want to fast track their career and develop in sales, leadership and management.

How it Works

First stage of our programme is spent at our live events and in-store campaigns speaking to customers face to face. Nothing teaches how a campaign really works faster than running it and being on the frontline. From here we begin learning about leadership, training and developing others, become responsible for hiring and onboarding, owning targets, running events and retail locations. The end goal is leading teams across multiple sites.

A Week Here Will Include

• Setting up live events and acquiring new customers through face to face channels
• Interviewing candidates
• Training teams and teaching back
• Tracking team KPIs and performance levels
• Personally developing through company resources

Any degree subject. No management experience needed. We teach everything from day one.

• Management Development Programme: from trainee to team leader to running entire campaigns
• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus

Finding Volta

Birmingham city centre, a few minutes' walk from New Street, Moor Street and Snow Hill, with buses and trams on the doorstep. Our team commutes in from Solihull, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, Sutton Coldfield and further. If you can be in town for 8am, you're close enough.
