We are working with a leading international property consultancy seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Director of Residential Valuations to lead and grow its established Birmingham team.

With the backing of an established national platform, a strong client base and significant opportunities for collaboration across other property disciplines, this appointment offers genuine scope to make an impact.

The Opportunity

As Director, you will take responsibility for the leadership, performance and continued growth of the Residential Valuations business in Birmingham.

This is a varied role combining strategic leadership, business development, technical expertise and people management.

About You

We are particularly interested in speaking with established Residential Valuation Directors, Associate Directors or senior professionals who are ready to take on a broader leadership role.

You will ideally bring:

• MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Significant experience in residential property valuations.
• Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies, market trends and regulatory requirements.
• A proven track record of developing client relationships and generating new business.
• Experience leading, mentoring or developing valuation professionals.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of financial performance and business growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• An established professional network across Birmingham and the wider Midlands would be advantageous.
