The Email Marketing Executive will oversee our email marketing activity as well as provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team, ensuring all data is well managed, in order to give the Marketing and Sales team every opportunity to generate leads. This role is ideal for an organised individual with a keen interest in marketing and a proactive approach to multitasking and holds sporting knowledge

With a strong and diverse portfolio of events, venues and premium hospitality experiences, we’re keen to bring in a dedicated Email Marketing Executive to help us strengthen relationships with our clients and prospects, keeping Eventmasters and our exceptional hospitality offerings front of mind.

Through engaging, targeted email campaigns, this role will help us:

• Build lasting relationships with existing clients and nurture prospective customers through relevant, timely communications.
• Showcase our extensive events portfolio, highlighting upcoming fixtures, exclusive hospitality packages and new opportunities to engage with our services.
• Drive engagement and enquiries through compelling email content that inspires recipients to explore our offerings and make bookings.
• Maximise the value of our database by delivering targeted campaigns that encourage repeat business, generate new leads and support our sales team.

This role is central to keeping Eventmasters connected with its audience, strengthening brand awareness and turning our extensive portfolio of hospitality experiences into meaningful client relationships and commercial opportunities.

• Take responsibility for all Email Marketing Activity from ideation and planning email campaigns and working with the Marketing team to curate email campaigns and analysing campaign performance reports
• Create engaging email copy, subject lines, preview text and calls to action that support sales and customer retention
• Supporting the continuous development of data management processes and activity. Collaborating with Head of Sales
• Lead Generation & Marketing Data Management: Source and manage prospective lead data through social outreach, prospecting and website enquiries, supporting email marketing activity and acting as the initial point of contact for prospective event clients where required.
• Work closely with both the Sales and Marketing team to understand their requirements, promote transparent and open communication to  ensure campaigns are accurate, visually effective and aligned with the brand.
• Ad-Hoc support to the Marketing Team for content creation, social media management and edits to Marketing Materials

• Proven experience in an Email Marketing or Marketing Administration role 1-3 years of experience.
• Well-developed Interpersonal and Communication Skills - Effectively convey information to build strong relationships both internally and with external stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• A natural trouble-shooter with a solution-focused mindset
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel is essential
• Experience with a CRM system is essential
• Experience with Email Marketing Platform is essential
• Proficiency in Canva and LinkedIn is ideal

Please note that this job opportunity is office-based, 5 days a week, either 09:00 – 17:30 to 08:00 to 16:30.
