Business Analyst - Customer Loyalty

6 month initial contract. £460 per day (Outside IR35)

We're looking for a Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of a customer loyalty and mobile app platform. This is a hands-on role focused on improving customer engagement through digital features, personalised rewards and gamification.

You'll work closely with digital, product and technical teams to shape new features, map customer journeys and translate business ideas into clear requirements for delivery. Initiatives include reward mechanics, customer missions, "Spin to Win" promotions and targeted engagement features designed to drive bookings and footfall.

What we're looking for

• Strong Business Analysis experience within digital, customer-facing or product-led environments.

• Must have experience within retail, hospitality, leisure or other consumer-facing businesses

• Experience working on customer loyalty, CRM, mobile apps or customer engagement platforms.

• Exposure to rewards, promotions, or personalised customer experiences.

• Experience mapping customer journeys and workflows, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and the overall customer experience.

• Ability to work closely with product owners, developers and wider stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in Agile environments.

• Confident contributing to feature design, challenging ideas constructively and taking ownership rather than simply documenting requirements.

This is a customer-focused digital role, so we're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business ideas and technical delivery, helping turn concepts into engaging app features that improve customer loyalty and drive customer engagement.
