Want to understand what makes a campaign work and build the skills to lead one? CNG is looking for an entry-level Campaign Executive to support face-to-face campaigns for established brands including BT/EE, E.ON and Mercedes.
You’ll begin with direct customer engagement, learning how people respond to campaign messages and what helps turn interest into a result. Alongside this practical experience, you’ll develop your understanding of campaign reporting, team coordination and performance improvement.
No previous campaign experience is required. We’re interested in your willingness to learn, how you respond to feedback and the effort you bring to a shared goal.
Get close to the campaign
Working with experienced colleagues, you will:
- Support daily campaign delivery and speak with customers face to face.
- Learn approved brand messages, product information and campaign objectives.
- Record customer responses, engagement levels and completed outcomes accurately.
- Track key performance indicators and help prepare straightforward updates.
- Share recurring questions and observations that could improve delivery.
- Take on allocated coordination tasks as your knowledge and confidence develop.
This is an active, target-focused position. You’ll need to enjoy starting conversations, listening carefully and maintaining a professional approach throughout the day.
Training with a next step in mind
CNG provides:
- Structured learning and individual mentorship: Build your campaign knowledge with guidance from experienced managers.
- Weekly base pay and performance bonuses: Receive guaranteed base pay alongside incentives linked to results.
- A defined development pathway: Work towards Campaign Manager readiness, with a target timeframe of 6–12 months, subject to meeting progression benchmarks and available opportunities.
- Weekday working and team support: Develop your skills within a supportive team, with no weekend working.
Broader responsibility will follow demonstrated capability. You’ll learn how managers review results, organise activity and support colleagues before being expected to lead those tasks yourself.
Bring energy, reliability and a willingness to improve
You should communicate confidently, follow through on commitments and be comfortable working towards measurable goals. Being able to take feedback and apply it matters just as much as enthusiasm.
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or sport is useful, but it isn’t essential. Career starters and career changers are welcome to apply.
