Following a highly successful year, including securing three national recruitment frameworks, KC Group is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint experienced Recruitment Partners across the following divisions:

We're looking for experienced recruiters who are passionate about building lasting relationships and take real satisfaction in matching the right people with the right opportunities. You'll have the autonomy to develop and manage your own market, supported by an established business that values long-term success over short-term gains.

Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Partner role:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client brief through to successful placement
• Developing new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships within your specialist market
• Growing and maintaining a strong network of candidates, becoming a trusted career partner
• Delivering consultative, high-quality recruitment solutions
• Leveraging KC Group's respected brand, established client base and national framework agreements
• Building a sustainable, relationship-led desk driven by repeat and retained business
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members as the business grows
• Creating and executing effective business development strategies

About You

• Previous recruitment agency experience
• A proven track record of billing and/or business development success
• A consultative, relationship-focused approach with the ability to build trust and credibility
• Commercial awareness, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed
• Ambitious, resilient and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing business
