Nursery Practitioner - Kingstanding
Level 2 & Level 3 | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Aspire People are currently working with a number of reputable and welcoming nursery settings in and around Kingstanding who are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join their teams.

The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care, education, and support to children aged 0-5 years.
You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel secure, supported, and encouraged to learn and develop.
Key Responsibilities
*Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the EYFS framework.
*Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.
*Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities.
*Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
*Recognise and support each child's individual needs, interests, and abilities.
*Promote children's confidence, independence, communication, and social skills.
*Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
*Work effectively as part of a supportive Early Years team.
*Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
What We're Looking For
*Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare - essential.
*Previous experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting.
*A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
*A genuine passion for working with young children.
*A caring, patient, and positive approach.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach.
*A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
