Recent graduates

If you're a recent graduate, you must have worked throughout university alongside your studies.

Your experience could be in:

• Sales

• Education

We're not looking for graduates who simply have a degree.

We want people who have already demonstrated a strong work ethic.

Non-graduates

If you're not a graduate, you should have:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated career progression
• A track record of achievement
• Experience dealing with people, customers or clients
• Transferable skills that can be applied to sales and recruitment

You don't need previous recruitment experience.

Driving Licence Requirement

For our Birmingham office, you must have a full driving licence or be currently learning to drive with a driving test booked.

What You'll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:

• Interview and assess candidates
• Build strong candidate relationships
• Develop relationships with schools and clients
• Source and attract candidates
• Manage your own recruitment desk
• Work towards weekly and monthly KPIs
• Build your sales and negotiation skills
• Develop new business opportunities
• Manage and grow client relationships
• Work in a competitive, target-driven environment
• Receive daily coaching and development

You'll have the training and support to develop - but your ambition and performance will determine how far you progress.

Once you've completed the Impact Academy, you'll progress into a full recruitment and sales role, developing specialist skills across:
