We're recruiting for a highly organised Data Administrator to join a professional and forward-thinking Law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on accuracy and enjoys working with large volumes of data.
This is far more than a traditional administration role. You'll become a key member of a specialist planning team, helping drive smarter ways of working.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and analysing data to support department reporting .
- Producing accurate reports and dashboards using Excel.
- Utilising functions such as VLOOKUP, Filters and Pivot Tables.
- Support the administration and management of S106 agreements, including working with relevant public portals and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing reports, documentation and court bundles where required.
- Providing administrative support to a busy professional team.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Supporting colleagues with additional projects and team initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Strong Excel skills, including experience with advanced formulas and data manipulation
- A naturally analytical mindset with excellent numerical ability
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence interpreting and presenting data to a range of stakeholders
