We’re excited to be partnering with our client, who are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly Customer Care team during their busy Christmas period.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is warm, confident and genuinely enjoys helping people, with the ability to provide a great customer experience even during busy periods.
Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office
Shifts: Day shift: 9am–5pm, Evening shift: 12pm–8pm
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with a wide range of enquiries and making sure every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a high volume of customer enquiries via phone and live chat
- Providing friendly, helpful and professional customer service
- Managing multiple customer queries and priorities at the same time
- Raising cases on the ticketing system
- Adding clear and accurate notes
- Following up on queries where required and ensuring cases are closed correctly
- Working towards agreed KPIs while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Using your initiative to resolve customer queries and find the best possible solution
About You
Previous customer service or call centre experience is helpful, but it’s not essential.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A confident and clear communicator, particularly over the phone
- Friendly, warm and approachable
- Passionate about providing an excellent customer experience
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and stay organised in a busy environment
- Calm and professional when dealing with high volumes of enquiries
- A quick learner who can pick up new systems and processes easily
- Diligent, reliable and detail-oriented
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
