I am currently seeking an Insights Partner to join a key clients Business Intelligence and Analytics team, being a go-to expert for all things related to Business Intelligence. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve building strong connections with operational leaders, understanding their needs, and translating those into clear reporting requirements.

Insights Partner - What will you be doing?

* Acting as the main point of contact for Business Intelligence within your assigned business area, fostering key relationships.
* Gaining a deep understanding of each reporting request by clarifying the decision it supports and identifying who will use the information.
* Ensuring reporting products are thoroughly tested with users before release, gathering feedback to enhance usability and trustworthiness.
* Collecting evidence to demonstrate that each product can be trusted and meets rigorous standards.
* Continuously reviewing reporting products, withdrawing those no longer needed to keep information relevant and up to date.
* Checking that all products treat participants fairly and comply with established data protection standards.

Insights Partner - What will you need?

* Good knowledge of Power BI, ideally hands-on experience.
* Good knowledge of SQL, ideally hands-on experience.
* Experience working directly with operational stakeholders to turn business questions into clear reporting requirements.
* Proven experience planning and running user testing sessions ensures products meet real-world needs before release.
* Confidence reading reports critically and challenging figures that do not align with expectations demonstrates your commitment to accuracy.
* Strong attention to detail combined with a methodical approach ensures nothing is overlooked during product development.
