Court of Protection Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £65,000+ (DOE) - A new role for a talented Court of Protection Solicitor to join a highly regarded Private Client Dispute Resolution team in Birmingham. JOB REF:5579
THE ROLE:
• This is an opportunity to become part of an established team where your work will have a real impact, both for individual clients and their families.
• You will work alongside experienced specialists on a varied caseload of challenging private client disputes, with the opportunity to develop your expertise in Court of Protection matters within a supportive and ambitious team.
• The wider team advises on a range of contentious issues, including disputes concerning wills, inheritance claims, trusts and estate administration.
• You will have the opportunity to collaborate across these areas, broaden your technical knowledge and play an active role in delivering excellent outcomes for clients.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Court of Protection Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• You will bring sound legal judgement, a client-focused approach and the confidence to navigate complex, sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
• You will also be comfortable managing competing priorities, building trusted client relationships and working collaboratively to find practical solutions.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients, complex trust arrangements, business assets or international disputes would be an advantage.
