This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Operations Director, Manufacturing Director, Plant Director or General Manager who enjoys helping ambitious businesses achieve their full potential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving manufacturing and operational performance
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Enhancing production planning and delivery performance
• Supporting supply chain optimisation
• Coaching and developing operational leadership teams
• Providing strategic input to support future growth

What We're Looking For

• Significant manufacturing leadership experience
• Proven success improving operational performance
• Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement expertise
• Strong commercial and strategic capability
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience within engineering, industrial manufacturing, OEM or technical product environments
