Internal Sales Manager: Telesales & Customer Growth

Salary: £45,000 + company car + commission

We're hiring a commercially focused Internal Sales Manager to build and lead a new telesales function across a multi-site group. You'll drive revenue through quote follow-up, conversion and upselling, while improving the customer experience alongside office and operational teams.

You'll

• Build, coach and lead a telesales team
• Set up processes, KPIs and outbound campaigns
• Grow revenue from existing, dormant and lapsed accounts
• Report on performance and manage the pipeline in CRM

You have

• Proven telesales, internal sales or sales management success
• A strong record of hitting targets
• Team-building experience and CRM proficiency
• Fire protection or facilities management experience (desirable but not essential)
