Full dedicated paraplanning and administration support allows you to focus purely on high-quality advice in this Financial Advisor role, available in Birmingham, Market Harborough, and Doncaster with a competitive salary dependent on experience. You will manage established client relationships and generate new holistic planning business across pensions and investments. You only need to be within commuting distance of one of these locations.

Your purpose

This Financial Advisor job exists to provide comprehensive, compliant advice across pensions, investments, and broader financial planning. Working alongside dedicated technical and administrative teams, you are there to deliver tailored financial solutions and actively develop new client opportunities across the region.

Your day to day

- Deliver holistic advice across pensions, investments, and personal financial planning

- Manage existing client reviews and cultivate new business opportunities

- Work directly with dedicated paraplanners and administrators on case preparation

- Maintain thorough, compliant client files and technical documentation

Financial Planner Requirements

- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Essential)

- Proven experience as a qualified Financial Planner or Financial Adviser (Essential)

- Track record in business development and relationship management (Essential)

- Strong technical knowledge of holistic financial planning and compliance (Essential)

- Experience collaborating with dedicated paraplanning and administration support (Desirable)
