Transport Office Administrator – Day Shift (ongoing agency)

Castle Bromwich, Birmingham
£14.77 per hour
Day Shifts: 7am–3pm (to be confirmed)


Are you organised, reliable, and ready to be part of a fast-paced transport environment? We’re looking for a Transport Office Administrator to join our clients team in Castle Bromwich, supporting the smooth running of daily logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily transport planning and scheduling
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support compliance with transport regulations and internal procedures
• Manage uniforms and PPE
• Take notes in meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally, previous experience in a transport office environment
• Alternatively, a stable and solid work history in an administrative or operational role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident using IT systems and handling paperwork
