Level 3 Early Years Practitioner-Leadership Pathway - #2156637

We are looking for an exceptional Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, confident practitioner who wants to develop into a future leadership role within an ambitious and growing nursery.

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Has strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development
- Has proven experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
- Takes initiative and maintains consistently high standards
- Is confident supporting, mentoring and motivating other practitioners
- Can contribute ideas and help drive outstanding practice
- Is organised, reliable and professional
- Has the confidence and ambition to progress into leadership

We are particularly interested in practitioners who feel ready for greater responsibility and want the opportunity to demonstrate what they can do.

This is not an entry-level Level 3 position. We are looking for someone who can bring experience, confidence, initiative and genuine leadership potential to our team.
