About the Role

Teaching Assistants at City of Birmingham School support both class teachers and pupils across a range of learning and developmental activities. This includes working with individuals and small groups, contributing to learning plans, promoting social and emotional development, supporting curriculum access and helping to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

      • Your total reward package includes your basic salary plus the employer's pension contribution.
    • Cycle to Work scheme.
    • Confidential Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
    • Access to My Rewards, an employee benefits platform offering discounts, cashback and wellbeing resources.

We invite all prospective candidates to arrange a visit to the school. Visits are an excellent opportunity to meet our team, ask questions and ensure the role is the right fit for you.
