Marketing Executive (lead/demand generation)

We are working with an exciting organisation seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing team.

This is a great opportunity for a creative and commercially focused marketer with 2–4 years’ digital marketing experience, ideally within demand or lead generation.

Birmingham City Centre, Hybrid (2 days in office), Full time, Permanent and Salary £28k-£32

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering multi-channel demand generation campaigns across SEO, PPC, email, social media and content.
• Creating engaging marketing content including emails, blogs, social posts, case studies, whitepapers and landing pages.
• Managing audience segmentation and targeted email campaigns through the CRM.
• Monitoring campaign performance and using data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Producing regular performance reports and recommendations.
• Working closely with Marketing, Business Development, Design and Solutions teams.
• Supporting projects from concept through to delivery.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2–4 years’ digital marketing experience.
• Experience across SEO, PPC, email and social media.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Experience with CRM, CMS and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A creative, data-driven approach with a passion for testing and optimising campaigns.
