Client Support Assistant
Birmingham City Centre, Full time, Permanent, Hybrid (2days in office), Salary between 26-29k a year!
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and solutions-focused Client Support Assistant to join our growing tech business in the heart of Birmingham.
You’ll be at the heart of the client experience, acting as a key point of contact and providing high-quality second-line support across compliance, invoicing and our technology solutions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people and learning how technology can make a real difference. You’ll build strong product knowledge, work closely with clients and suppliers, and play an important role in improving the way we deliver our services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to client queries across multiple channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
- Develop strong knowledge of our products, services, and processes to deliver reliable support.
- Keep clients and stakeholders informed of progress and resolution.
- Communicate confidently with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Provide specialist support on compliance requirements and rebate calculations, ensuring accuracy.
- Onboard new suppliers onto systems and reports, maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Work with clients and their systems to process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
You will need:
- Experience in administration, invoicing, or client support, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Strong attention to detail, confidence working with systems and data, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A willingness to learn, develop strong product knowledge, and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to investigate and resolve problems effectively.
