Experienced in residential property management within an estate agency environment?

We're recruiting for a Property Manager to join a highly successful and independent estate agency in the Harborne area, managing a portfolio across residential and student accommodation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous property management experience who is looking to join a fast-paced, growing team with genuine opportunities for career progression and development.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of residential and student properties
• Liaise with tenants and landlords to ensure a high level of service
• Coordinate and manage contractors and maintenance requirements
• Handle day-to-day property management matters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Work effectively within a busy and growing property management team

Property Manager Requirements

• Previous experience as a Property Manager within an estate agency environment
• Experience managing residential properties; student accommodation experience is advantageous
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Ability to work independently and as part of a successful team
• Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach

Working Pattern

• Monday to Friday working week
• 1 in 4 Saturdays, with a day off in lieu
