Mechanical Site Manager / Project Manager - #2155860

Location: Birmingham
Rate: £300–£350 per day, depending on experience
Contract: 18 months
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee mechanical works on a major new-build project in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing mechanical activities on site, manage duties on site for a new build Church , ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

• Manage and coordinate mechanical works on site.

• Oversee heating, ventilation, plumbing and mechanical controls installations.

• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams.

• Ensure works are completed in line with programme, drawings and specifications.

• Monitor progress, quality and health & safety on site.

• Liaise with the wider project team and contractors.

• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.

• Ensure relevant documentation and site records are maintained.

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or Mechanical Project Manager.

• Strong commercial mechanical experience.

• Experience across heating, ventilation, plumbing and controls.

• CSCS card required.

• SMSTS or SSSTS required.

• Experience with Dalux and/or Asite is advantageous but not essential.

• Strong communication, organisational and coordination skills.

• £300–£350 per day, depending on experience

• 18-month contract
