Commercial property lawyers: how much of your current role is genuinely interesting?

You'll join an established UK practice advising a varied client base that includes investors, funders, developers, operators, private companies and public bodies.

What you will be doing

The role offers genuine variety across commercial real estate, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Development transactions
• Real estate finance
• Commercial leasing
• Development agreements
• Investment work
• Due diligence
• Reports on title
• Certificates of title
• Property work supporting corporate transactions

You'll be expected to take ownership of your matters while working closely with colleagues across the wider business.

What makes you right for it?

You'll ideally have 3-5 years' PQE in commercial real estate and be comfortable handling transactions with a reasonable level of autonomy.

You'll bring:

• Strong technical property knowledge
• Excellent drafting skills
• Commercial awareness
• Good negotiation ability
• Confidence dealing directly with clients
• Strong organisation
• The ability to manage competing transactions
• An interest in business development and relationship building
