Spire Parkway Hospital is looking for an experienced and motivated Hospitality Team Lead to join our dedicated Hospitality team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong hospitality background and previous leadership experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You'll play a key role in ensuring our patients receive a first-class experience throughout their stay.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As Hospitality Team Lead, you will:

• Lead, motivate and support a team of Hosts and Catering Assistants.
• Ensure patients receive excellent service, with meals and refreshments delivered efficiently and professionally.
• Respond to patient requests promptly, helping to create a comfortable and positive hospital experience.
• Work closely with clinical teams to support the day-to-day needs of the hospital.
• Monitor hospitality equipment and supplies, escalating any faults or shortages as required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality, patient confidentiality and customer care.
• Support catering and housekeeping teams with daily operational duties.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH and hospital policies.

Who we're looking for:

• Previous hospitality experience, ideally within a supervisory or team lead role.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.
• A proactive and flexible approach to supporting patients and colleagues.
• A willingness to complete mandatory training including Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Manual Handling.
