Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus

The role of the Quantity Surveyor – Facades will involve:

• Quantity Surveyor position dealing with various cladding systems such as:, wall cladding, rain screen cladding and SFS
• Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained
• Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts.
• Support procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontractor appointments, and contract administration
• Carry out regular site visits, monitor project progress, and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Facilitating the designs for projects that could range in value up to £30m

The ideal applicant will be Quantity Surveyor – Facades with:

• Must have experience as a Quantity Surveyor within building envelope
• Ideally  have experience with facades and/or cladding
• Re clad experience would be high advantageous
• Ability to work well autonomously
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High levels of attention to detail and organisation
• Familiar with working in a fast paced environment dealing with multiple projects at any one time
