Property Litigator | Birmingham

An established Birmingham law firm is looking for a Property Litigator to join its Dispute Resolution team.

Ideally suited to a solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE, although applications from candidates outside this range will be considered where relevant experience can be demonstrated.

The role will involve:

• Contentious landlord & tenant matters across residential and commercial property
• Boundary and general property disputes
• TOLATA claims
• Property-related professional negligence
• Supporting the wider commercial litigation team where required

• The ability to manage a busy caseload
• The ability to meet tight deadlines
