Resourcing Group is looking to appoint some Painters to join a maintenance contractor that work with a public sector landlord, specifically carrying out a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance in people's homes.

There is 1 role available, all ready to start as soon as possible.

The contractor is happy to offer this roles on a cis basis if you prefer to use your own van, or on a paye basis and is happy to take people on perm if preferred, offering genuine security and longevity.

The contractors end clients include:

• Housing Associations
• Local Authorities

This will involve re decoration works in side people's homes, working in occupied properties and live environments.

Previous experience is critical.

Asbestos awareness, manual handling and working at heights certification required - if you do not hold in date versions of this, we can provide you with the training.

DBS essential

Either a full UK Driving License to use a company van or your own van is critical as this is a mobile role, covering different areas with in Warwick.
