Client Services Executive - #2153858

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and solutions-focused Client Services Executive to join an exciting tech business based in Birmingham City Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with people and getting to grips with technology. You’ll be at the heart of client experience, acting as their key point of contact.

You will investigate challenges, work directly with clients and suppliers, build your product expertise and play an important role in making sure everything runs smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact for client queries across phone, email and other platforms, providing friendly, responsive and professional support.
• Get to the bottom of problems, investigate issues, identify root causes and find practical solutions quickly and efficiently.
• Become a product expert, developing strong knowledge of services.
• Communicating clearly with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
• Provide specialist support around compliance requirements.
• Help bring new suppliers on board, setting them up across systems and reports.
• Work directly with clients and their systems to help process invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Build lasting client relationships, becoming someone clients trust and enjoy working with.
• Spot opportunities to improve, helping streamline processes, solve recurring issues and make the client experience even better.

You will work closely with clients, technology and internal teams, developing valuable experience across customer support, compliance, systems and problem-solving.

For this role we are looking for graduate calibre, strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively with relevant administration experience and experience working with invoicing.

Ideally you will have previous administration experience within a professional service background.
