FP&A Analyst - #2153540

I'm currently looking to speak with commercially minded finance professionals for an FP&A Analyst opportunity within a large, complex organisation.

This would suit someone who enjoys getting underneath the numbers and understanding what is actually driving business performance. You'll have plenty of exposure to senior and operational stakeholders, providing the analysis and insight they need to make better commercial decisions.

The role will cover a broad mix of FP&A and business partnering, including budgeting and forecasting, performance and variance analysis, financial modelling, management reporting and supporting wider commercial projects.

A big part of the position will be taking financial and operational information and turning it into something meaningful - identifying trends, spotting risks and opportunities and confidently challenging the business where required.

Ideally, you will:

• Be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Have experience within FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering.
• Be confident with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Have strong Excel skills, with Power BI experience beneficial.
• Be comfortable working with large amounts of data and turning this into useful commercial insight.
• Enjoy working closely with non-finance stakeholders and be confident challenging and influencing where appropriate.
• Have experience within a large, multi-site or operationally complex organisation.
