Regional Management Accountant

Birmingham | Hybrid Working | £36k to £42k | Permanent

A varied finance opportunity combining reporting, budgeting, business partnering and project finance across an international organisation.

We’re working with a well-established international organisation looking for a Regional Management Accountant to join its finance team. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation, helping them understand their finances, plan effectively and make informed decisions.

With exposure to a broad range of finance activity, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to move beyond core accounting and build experience across business partnering, financial planning, project funding and process improvement.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with teams across the organisation, providing financial insight and support across budgets, forecasts and day-to-day decisions.
• Produce clear management reporting and analysis, highlighting trends, variances and areas requiring attention.
• Support the financial management of projects and funding, from setup through to reporting and close-out.
• Help maintain strong financial controls and compliance, ensuring funding is managed appropriately.
• Improve systems, reporting and processes, using data and technology to make finance more efficient.

What you’ll bring:

• Qualified accountant or actively studying towards a relevant qualification.
• Strong experience across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and financial analysis.
• Experience with projects, funding or grants would be useful.
• Confident working with non-finance stakeholders and explaining financial information clearly.
• Strong Excel and systems skills, with a practical, analytical and improvement-focused approach.
