We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Delivery Support Coordinator to join our Professional Services team on an 8-week temporary assignment. You'll play a key role in maintaining project data, supporting reporting and governance activities, and ensuring projects remain accurate, compliant, and on track.

Description

As a Delivery Support Coordinator, you'll provide essential project administration and coordination support across a busy portfolio of customer engagements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining project records within the PSA (Professional Services Automation) system
• Monitoring data quality, resolving discrepancies, and supporting compliance activities
• Producing project, utilisation, backlog, and financial reports
• Supporting project governance processes and maintaining portfolio reporting
• Assisting Project Managers with project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status updates
• Tracking project progress and escalating risks or issues where appropriate
• Supporting invoicing and operational reporting through accurate project data
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers

Profile

We're looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed and provide immediate support within a project-driven environment.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in project coordination, project support, PMO administration, or similar roles
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy
• Experience working with PSA, project management, resource planning, or similar systems
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
• Good reporting and analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Experience supporting governance, compliance, or project delivery activities
• A proactive approach and willingness to chase actions through to completion

Previous experience within Professional Services, Managed Services, SaaS, software, or technology environments would be advantageous.
