Temporary HR Advisor | Hybrid - 4 days from home | £15 per hour | 6-month contract

We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, long-established organisation in Warwickshire. They are looking for a Temporary HR Advisor to join their HR Services team on a 6-month contract, starting as soon as possible.

The role is hybrid. You'll be office-based two days a week for the first couple of weeks, then one day a week after that (usually a Thursday), working from home the rest of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Providing administrative support across the HR Services team, prioritising tasks in line with agreed service levels
• Inputting, updating and maintaining employee information within HR systems
• Reviewing HR records and correcting data inaccuracies to support reporting and compliance
• Processing learning and training administration and maintaining employee learning records
• Administering incoming HR queries and progressing them through to resolution

Skills and experience

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Confident IT and data entry skills, with the ability to learn new HR and case management systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to work well as part of a team

Package

• Circa £15 per hour, depending on experience
• 6-month temporary contract, running until early May
• Hybrid working: one day per week in the office after the initial induction period
• Immediate start available
