Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Customer Service Advisor on a full-time permanent basis

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment. You will be highly organised, with effective time-management skills, and confident in learning new systems quickly.

Reward

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Death in Service at 4 times annual basic salary
• Pension after a 3-month probation period
• Hybrid working available after 6 months’ probation

Job Role:

• Making and receiving calls to schedule bookings
• Accurately inputting and updating information onto internal database
• Communicating clearly with customers, clients, and internal teams
• Prioritising tasks and managing workload efficiently
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
• Following internal processes and guidelines

Skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service based role
• Preferably someone who has previous telephone or office based experience
• Strong communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Organisational and time-management skills
