The Opportunity: Senior Director, Marketing, Communications & Customer Engagement

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director, Marketing, Communications & Customer Engagement to join our team at HealthTrust Europe. The role holder is responsible for leading HealthTrust Europe's marketing, communications, brand and customer engagement strategy to strengthen market position, build customer confidence and support sustainable organisational growth.

The role will lead the development of omnichannel engagement capabilities, balancing digital, automated and self-service journeys with high-value relationship-led engagement. Through market intelligence, customer insight and performance measurement, the role holder will demonstrate the measurable contribution of marketing and engagement to growth, customer value and brand confidence.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Significant leadership experience within B2B marketing, communications, customer engagement, customer experience or a related commercial function.
• Proven success developing and delivering integrated omnichannel customer engagement strategies.
• Experience building and strengthening brands in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience implementing customer segmentation, proposition, CRM and customer journey strategies.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce, marketing automation or wider digital engagement initiatives.
• Experience developing demand-generation and customer-growth programmes with measurable commercial contribution.
• Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering through a matrix organisation.
• Experience leading teams, change and capability development.

What's essential to succeed in this role:

• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, corporate and internal communications.
• Expertise in customer engagement, customer experience, segmentation and proposition development.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, Salesforce, customer analytics and marketing automation.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to connect activity to customer and growth outcomes.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, programme leadership and execution capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate complex customer and market insight into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Sound judgement, resilience and the ability to operate effectively across competing priorities.
