A hands-on programme finance role with international exposure, real ownership and the chance to support impactful work across a global organisation.

We’re working with a major international organisation looking for a Programme Finance Accountant to oversee the financial management of a portfolio of donor-funded projects. You’ll work closely with finance and programme teams to keep budgets, funding and reporting on track, while ensuring strong financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Oversee the financial management of an assigned portfolio of programmes and projects.

• Monitor budgets, income, expenditure, cash flow and financial performance.

• Review financial reports and ensure donor and organisational requirements are met.

• Work closely with international finance teams, AP, AR and Treasury.

• Support project set-up, billing, fund transfers and final reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure projects are audit-ready.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and data quality.

What you'll bring:

• Finance experience, ideally with exposure to grants, projects or programme finance.

• Degree-qualified or studying towards ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent.

• Strong accounting, reconciliation and Excel skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with financial data.
